Loose ends

Well, followed this series since the first book, and all I have to say is that while the series is an amazing romance between two individuals, and there is character development within the stories as they go on, I feel like this story leaves a few loose ends such as Gregory, I'd love to see how that gets resolved or how it affects the relationship, also he kind of leaves the relationship between Lee and his mother a little too open for my tastes but that is my opinion. I do love how Kyell brings this series full circle in regards to returning to Foerster U and ends it around that point. But there are a some other issues such as does Dev and Lee finally move in together for good or do they stay apart for a few years (long distance). I would have loved if Kyell had tied everything up more neatly. But a good book none the less that I enjoyed reading albeit was lost at times.

This is by far, in my opinion that is, one of Kyell Gold's greatest works of art. It's a fantastic end for Devlin Miski and Wiley Farrel's story, however I do very much hope that this isn't the last we'll hear about the couple!

Must have!

Appropriately titled! I enjoyed the format for lessons. For a short introductory course, it covers two college semesters worth of instruction in Beginner's Tagalog. From the very first dialogue, you find yourself meeting the objective of this short book -- conversing in your target language! It is sufficient as a stand alone book, but would definitely serve well as a supplement to college text books. You can't beat the price to start speaking Tagalog!

Well-organized and recommended for early study of Tagalog

This is a nice book for a rather low price. It can be used by students or other individuals who are beginning to learn Tagalog. The book is centered around sentences that are common to basic conversations in Tagalog, and it goes in depth in regard to grammar and pronunciation and includes a CD with native-speaker pronunciations of words and sentences in the book. Another useful quality of the book is that it breaks down the sentences word-by-word to show how they are constructed, which is also interesting in making comparison to how sentence construction differs in some ways from common English. There also are some comic illustrations with accompanying conversations to help keep the reader interested, and there are exercises at the end of each chapter for students to complete if the book is being used in that manner. The book material/binding is also of good quality.

Great for beginners

I am learning Tagalog for the first time and this book was recommended to me by my language teacher. I love that it is easy for anyone to understand and the illustrations help tremendously. My grandma (who is a native Tagalog speaker) also favors this book. Highly recommended.

Great guide book! Even for 3DS Red, Blue, and Yellow.

Awesome classic guide book. Although one can find all information on Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow online it just isn't the same as flipping through a graphically beautiful real guide book. I was fortunately enough to find a copy here on amazon with all 150 original stickers on the sticker sheet.

Handy dandy guide.

This I got used from uncle but it has proven well worth it. The maps and strategies are great and it explains where everything is well. It gives a great pokemon index.
